Request a Loan Payoff

Loan payoff requests are handled by our Loan Servicing Staff.  All 3rd party payoff requests must be submitted along with a signed borrower’s release and can be sent via fax to 715-387-3109 or via email to allloanservicer@prevail.bank through our free Secure Email service.

To help us process your request more efficiently please make sure to include the following information:

  • Borrower Name
  • The borrower’s loan/account number
  • Date you want the payoff quote good thru
  • How you want the payoff returned to you – via fax, email or U.S. mail (please note all payoffs returned via email will need to be sent via secure email which will require login steps)
  • Your contact information in case we have questions

Borrowers can request a payoff for their own account in person at any of our branches or by calling our Loan Servicing Department at 1-800-205-0914 during normal business hours.
