Prevail Will Double Your Donation — Dec 2 is Giving Tuesday
(2025) Giving Tuesday is December 2. It’s a day dedicated to helping those less fortunate. At Prevail Bank, we’re thrilled to kick off the holiday season with our own way of giving back—through our Holiday Matching Funds campaign!
From November 10 to December 5, each of our nine branches will collect public donations for nine local nonprofits. And, for every dollar you donate, Prevail Bank will match it, up to $1,000 per nonprofit!
Those local nonprofits benefiting this year are:
- Baraboo: Sauk County Children’s Giving Tree – Bringing holiday joy to local children.
- Eau Claire: Eau Claire County Children’s Giving Tree – Supporting local families in need.
- Phillips: Catkins Animal Rescue – Providing housing, rehabilitation, socialization, and adoption services for animals in distress.
- Owen: Owen-Withee Food Pantry – Helping neighbors facing food insecurity.
Note: The Owen-Withee Lions Club will also match donations collected, up to $1,000! - Medford: Feed My People – The only west central food bank supporting Taylor County, ensuring food reaches those who need it most. Donations collected would specifically support Indianhead Community Action Agency’s Food Pantry in Medford.
- Marshfield: The Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield – Ensuring youth have access to safe, supportive, and enriching opportunities both after-school and during the summer.
- Stevens Point: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Wisconsin (Stevens Point) – Igniting, inspiring, and empowering young people to learn, lead, and grow.
- Wausau: Blessings in a Backpack – Ensuring students in Wausau and D.C. Everest school districts have enough to eat over the weekends.
- Wisconsin Rapids: FOCUS (Feeding Our Communities with United Services) – Addressing food insecurities through South Wood County food pantries, Neighborhood Meals, and family backpack programs.
Be assured, every dollar donated stays in the community where it was given. Whether it’s feeding families, supporting children in need, or creating brighter holidays for those facing hardship, every contribution matters.
